'Niyam' and 'Aasan'

                                    Niyam
  1. Shouch(purity):- shouch is meant to be purified. By bathing the body cleanses, while reading good books and associating with good friends makes the thoughts pure
  2. Santosh(contentment):-Satisfaction occurs only when a person controls his hopes and expectations. In reality, all the hopes of a man are never fulfilled. Therefore, it is necessary to control it. For example,  today I have a bike, tomorrow I want to take a car, After coming to the car, I would like to take an Audi car, thus there is no end to hope and expectation. It is necessary that you become contented.
  3. Tapa(endurance):- To endure happiness and sad suffering for a higher goal, its name is called penance.In addition to restraint as well as the The senses steadiness, there is penance through fasting, abstinence etc. The penance means tolerance .
  4. 'Swadhyay':- Self-study is the meaning of Swadhyay.Listening to good, contemplating on it and bringing good thoughts to life and throwing bad thought out. reading good books.
  5. Eshwar pranidhan (dedication):-  Accepting God's sovereignty. whatever the consequence of work, understandable that we get by the grace of God, Understand that success or failure is achieved by god. Understand that the witness of your duty is only God. Try to be God's favorite.

                        Aasan(Yogic Postures)

          By studying Aasan, physical and mental stability, health and stimulation arise.Without Aasan accomplishment, the inertia of the body and the fluctuation of mind does not alleviate,the destruction of nagative virtues and the positive virtue does not increase.This is essential for the Aasan accomplishment.
          According to their own nature and physical fitness, they can use different Aasan.Aasan has no fixed or uniform sequence.Some Aasan are useful to some trainer, while others peoples have to avoid.The true understanding of the Aasana can be very rare for trainer himself.For this, the guidance of an experienced teacher is useful for him.
Time for Aasan:- The best time of Aasan's course is morning. there is peace and freshness in the atmosphere before sunrise in the early morning and flows of fresh wind from everywhere, then the Aasan can be studied. That time is especially useful. Another convenient time is evening. At that time the atmosphere is also convenient.
Advantage:- Different advantage are done by different Aasan. Aasan is mainly called hundred, but not all of the people are in need of it.Asana is not only for health-improvement.The body, mind and soul are all associated with each other.That is why Aasan is not only an exercise in body improvement, but it is a process of making the mind healthy and strong.Their contribution in the uplift of the soul is very important in their own way.It is important to remember that Aasan can benefit women, and that is equally useful for women and men.
Caution:- It is necessary to take many caution while doing the Aasan.It should be done to before eating.Aasan Yoga should be done according to the teacher's advice.With breathing, the body should be slowed turn.The pregnant woman and the sick do not have to do Aasan .initially, Aasan should be start with simple Aasan.  and do not do any single seat.

         Is duniya mai bahut sare motivation guru hai yor ve peoples ko motivate bhi karte hai, lekin sabhi people par iska sahi prabhav nhi padta hai, kisiko labh or khushi milti hai ya fir  kisiko dukh milta hai, esliye motivation start karne se pahle hmai ae janna hoga ki motivation tips kesi honi chahiye.
         Mai pahle aapko ae batadu aaj ke samay me motivation tips kesi hoti hai, aaj ke samay me vyakti ko business me kese safalta milegi, jivan me kese safalta milegi, paisa kese kama sakte hai aisi aisi bate batayi jati hai, kya aisi tips se, ya aisi tips ke anusar jine se vyakti sampurn khus re sakta hai, mujhe nhi lagata hai aisi tips se koy sampurn khus hoga.

1) pahle khud ko janana hoga, kyu ki apane aapko jane bina koy vyakti khus nhi re sakta or apani yogyata ke anusar karya nahi kar sakta.
2) bhay(dar) mukt Life jini hogi ,dar ke karan life me hmm aage nahi badh pate,dar ka bahut disadvantages hai, isaliye hmai life se dar khatam karna hoga.


3) puri duniya ko bhi samaj na hoga ,aapki aas pas ke vyakti ko bhi janna hoga, isake sath
Aap ka relation kya hai vo bhi janna hoga, kyu vo me apko baad me bataunga
4) apane aapko healthy rakh na hoga, mind and body dono healthy hona chahiye, fakt body healthy he lekin mind nhi hai to bhi isko rogi hi kahte hai, koy bhi prakar ke vyasan nhi hona chahiye.
5) regular life honi chahiye sab kuchh time pe hona chahiye.
6) kuchh aise sadgun he jise hmai life me apana ne ho ge , guno ki charcha hum aage karega, kyuki isake bina koi jivan mai vastav me safal nhi ho sakta
7) mind ko kese sthir(Concentrate) karna hoga, aap kitan bhi hard work karlo lekin aapka mind concentrate nhi hoga to aapko safalta nhi mil sakti
8) jivan mai aek hi mukhya (main) lakshya (goal) hona chahiye, koin sa goal main hona chahiye vo bhi me aapko Baad me bataunga.

Yoga is a great exercise


  • Hello friends, today I am going to talk to you about important information about yoga, so that I am feeling happy and the reason for this joy is that people's body and mind remain healthy through yoga.
  • The modern yoga system started in India by Patanjali. He divided Yoga into 8 parts, such as "Yama", "Niyam", "Pratyahar", "Asana", "Prayanam", "Meditation", Assumption and "Samadhi".
  • All the components of yoga are important. So I introduced information about all the organ of yoga, but I am only giving this post the information about yoga in the first part of Yoga.

  • YAMA:- type of the yama, such as truth,non violence, "astey", "aparigrah", brahmacharya".If every person obeys Yama, heaven will be built on earth.
  1. Truth:-Never speak wrong with mind, work and speech. The mind stays stable because of speaking truth, because it does not have to be thought when speaking. When speaking wrong, the mind becomes unstable because it has to be thought of. Speaking of truth stabilizes the mind and calmens the mind.
  2. Non violence:-Do not harm anyone with mind, work and speech. Do not kill any human and animal and do not say abuse (love and compassion are humanity only).
  3. Asteya:-Do not count the things which are of the others and do not try to achieve it. Never steal, which is called 'asteya'.
  4. Aparigrah:-Do not store wealth and property more than it is needed, it is called aparigrah. The responsibility of saving from the collection increases. In addition, fear of losing wealth and property remains, the mind becomes restless.
  5. Brahmacharya:-Brahmacharaya is meant to be devoted to God. To remove the mind from all the desires and to put it in God. The compliance of brahmacharya increases the brightness of the face and increases the intensity of intelligence.
  • The five types mentioned above are the basis of Yama. Imitation of this five is followed by yama. Peace and stability are achieved through obedience to Yama. Yoga is more beneficial due to the stagnation of mind. Friends, if you want to get more benefit from yoga then follow Yama.
